Annual Premium Subscription Terms and Conditions
By purchasing an annual Premium subscription to Cite-Builder, you agree to the following terms:

• Automatic Renewal Your annual subscription will automatically renew each year using the same payment details you previously provided, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Renewal Notification You will receive an email notification seven (7) days before your subscription is due to renew, outlining the upcoming charge and renewal date.
• Cancellation Policy You may cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current subscription period. No further charges will be made after the cancellation is confirmed.
• Currency and Exchange Rates All subscription fees are billed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are located outside Australia, the actual amount charged in your local currency may vary slightly depending on the foreign exchange rate and any fees applied by your payment provider at the time of renewal.
• Price Changes We reserve the right to increase the annual subscription fee. In the event of a price increase, you will be notified by email at least thirty (30) days prior to the change taking effect. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
• No Refunds for Partial Periods Cancelling your subscription does not result in a refund for any unused portion of the current annual term.
• Billing Information It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment details are current and valid. If a renewal payment fails, your access to subscription features may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
