What data do we store about you?

If you subscribe to Premium Membership and/or sign-up to our newsletter, then we store your email address, and the first and last name you entered when you signed up. You have also optionally have entered your country of residence, which we use only for our own research (to determine future citation rules to define).

Who do we share your data with?

Our membership list is controlled via WordPress, hosted by GoDaddy.com.au. Their privacy policy is located here.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long do we retain your data?

For users that sign-up to a Premium Membership, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

For users that sign-up to our mailing list, we retain their email address and other information they provide while subscribing.

What rights do you have over your data?

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
